Eligible Refunds
You may request a refund if:
- The theme doesn't work as described on the product page
- You encounter a critical bug that we cannot fix within 7 days
- The theme is incompatible with your Tebex store setup
- You're simply not satisfied with the theme design
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- You've violated our terms of service
- The issue is caused by modifications you made to the theme
- You've already received a refund for the same product
- The purchase was made using a fraudulent payment method
